BE YOUR OWN BOSS
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

If you're like most of the work at home crowd you simply can't
imagine life without your computer. You've probably got a lot
of emails saved, maybe some scheduled appointments, a ton of
passwords saved, and in all likelihood some contact information
for vital business partners. Have you ever thought about what
you'd do if those files suddenly disappeared? If you're the boss,
it's time for you to consider, and actually buy some type of
backup system for your computer's files. I'm sure you expect
your web host to back up your files, and I know you expect your
back to back up your financial records, so why aren't you backing
up YOUR important files? In a recent survey it was estimated that
only 1/800 home computer users have a backup of the files on
their systems? Are you the one in eight-hundred?

Top Ten Most Important Things to Do Today
By Michael E. Angier

This is my list. They're the ones I've selected for my life at
present. Consider them suggestions for yourself--ideas to help
you generate your own top ten list. By getting clear on and
acting upon YOUR most important steps, you'll be moving toward
and experiencing your highest and best.

1. Practice gratefulness. Reflect upon the things in my life for
which I'm grateful. If I appreciate more of what I have, I will
have even more to appreciate.

2. Write out my three most important goals and visualize how my
life will be when I have achieved them. FEEL it. EXPERIENCE it
in as much sensory detail as I can possibly imagine.

3. Take some action steps toward each of the three goals.

4. Exercise my body and monitor carefully what I eat and drink.
Reduce fat and caloric intake while expending more calories. Eat
only small amounts at one time.

5. Read something educational, inspirational or
entertaining--preferably all three.

6. Meditate. Empty my conscious mind and listen to the
Super-conscious.

7. Have fun doing something I love to do. Experience joy.

8. Write something--anything. If not an article or part of my
book, then write in my journal.

9. Perform some act of kindness. Do a thoughtful, magnanimous
thing--anonymously if possible.

10. Finish something. Do something I can call complete.

Bonus Step: Make something work better--Practice ADS: Automate,
Delegate and Systemize.

DOWNLOAD OF INTEREST
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

>From time to time I don't recommend a download, rather, I suggest
that you clean off some of the junk clogging your up hard drive.
We all have software trials that are now expired, and a bunch of
totally useless software on our systems that just doesn't need
to be there. This week I'm urging all our readers to open your
control panel and start uninstalling ( not deleting ) the extra
software you don't use. Although you may think it's not hurting
you to have a ton of extra software on your system it actually
does take its toll. More files on your system means more searching
for the right files, more possible file conflicts, and many more
potential holes for viruses to attach themselves to. Take the time
this week and clean up your system, your processor will thank you
for it!

WHAT ARE THEY THINKING
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I simply can't believe it.... it's been nearly 2 weeks since the
SirCam virus hit the net and people are still spreading it! How
in the world can some people both not know about this virus, and
not know enough to put anti-virus software on their system? If
you're asking... Hey! Why does this bother you so much? ...
I'll tell you why. The absolute stupidity of the people who have
downloaded this virus is the reason that my email service has
to be intermittent and even not working at times. My ISP, Road
Runner, has had to install virus scrubbers in an attempt to
protect it's less intelligent subscribers. These scrubbers slow
my email, which in turn effects my ability to earn a living. How
many times have you been told not to download attachments?
Probably hundreds right? And how many times have you been told
to get anti-virus software and use it? Hundreds of times again
right? Well.... that being the case .... why is it that so many
people are still downloading viruses? And on top of that, Why
are so many people not using anti-virus? I just can't understand it!
